Our privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") sets out the policies and practices for Tutkoo with respect to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with the App.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use. By providing information to Tutkoo, you consent to the use of such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy generally applies to any "personal information" collected, used or disclosed by Tutkoo, including your name, age, gender, date of birth, contact information, payment information and MAC address. Under applicable privacy laws, "personal information" includes any information about an identifiable individual but excludes business contact information, personal names and contact information that is publicly available and personal information that cannot be associated with an identifiable individual.
Our business changes constantly and Tutkoo reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. We may contact you periodically with reminders and changes to our Privacy Policy, but we recommend that you check it frequently for any recent changes.
2. Use of Personal Information
While you can access the App without registering or providing any personal information, you must register with us to process an order. Tutkoo may collect personal information to:
- a) provide the products and services you request;
- b) communicate with you generally, including general information or updates relating to the App;
- c) protect against fraud or error;
- d) administer and manage our business operations;
- e) recommend products and services via e-mail or other electronic means;
- f) comply with legal and government requirements;

Except as provided above, Tutkoo will not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with your consent or as required or permitted by law.

Tutkoo collects only the necessary information required to provide services to you. Tutkoo collects personal information by clear, fair and lawful means. We receive and store any information you enter in the App or in any other manner, except for credit card information which is processed by a third party.
Tutkoo will not disclose personal information to any organization or person except to:
- a) employ other companies to perform functions on our behalf such as processing credit card information, storing information, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance and providing customer service; and
- b) develop our business, including any future sale or purchase of subsidiaries, and include your personal information as a business asset that remains subject to the Privacy Policy.
Tutkoo protects against the unauthorized access, loss, misuse and alteration of personal information with security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. However, it is possible that any information transmitted via the internet may be intercepted by unknown third parties.
Tutkoo is responsible for personal information in its possession or control and will take reasonable measures to protect information that has been transferred to a third party in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

It is important that the personal information collected by Tutkoo is accurate, complete and up-to-date so please inform us of any changes to your information by updating the user settings of the App.
